Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Urgent.ae. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Marketing & lead generation only
Urgent.ae is a marketing website that generates customer enquiries for independent service companies in the United Arab Emirates.
We advertise services and provide contact methods (phone, WhatsApp, forms) so you can reach those companies. We are not a government authority, utility, or emergency service.
2. End of our role after you contact a company
When you call or message via any contact button or number displayed on this site, you are connected to a third-party company or its dispatcher.
At that moment, the role of Urgent.ae ends. We do not supervise the job, attend site visits, or act as agent beyond introducing the lead.
3. Payments, warranties & disputes
All pricing, deposits, invoices, payment methods, refunds, workmanship warranties, insurance, and dispute resolution are solely between you and the executing company.
Any estimates shown on the site are indicative marketing copy unless a partner confirms a binding quote in writing.
Urgent.ae is not liable for property damage, injury, delays, non-performance, or fraud by third-party contractors.
4. Variable contact numbers
Phone numbers and WhatsApp links on the site may change without prior notice.
Different numbers may appear depending on the service, emirate, area, language, or which partner company is assigned to receive leads.
You are responsible for verifying the identity of the business you reach before sharing access codes, payments, or personal documents.
5. Content & accuracy
Service descriptions, ETAs, and prices are provided for general information. Availability depends on partners and is not guaranteed.
For life-threatening emergencies (fire, medical), call official UAE numbers (997, 998, 999) first.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site (spam, scraping, unlawful content, or impersonation). We may block access or remove content at our discretion.
7. Governing law
These terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts in the UAE shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
